Everyone was great as usual! My car broke down on the side of the road, and I had it towed to the dealership. I spoke with Drew prior to the tow and he had a car ready for me so I could get to work. Then Dave Hollis got my car all fixed and back on the road. I appreciated everyone's hard work and help. This is why we have been customers in Fairborn since the 80's! Thanks for everyone's help:)

Valentine service department was excellent. Despite a short-notice schedule change, Drew was able to fit us into the queue an was particularly attentive to insuring we got the possible discount. Car was returned indoors to assist with weather conditions. Well done!
